The pool and spa facilities were excellent, with a pool that was usually empty and a spa bath for relaxation. The room was spacious, clean, and had a partial sea view, which added to the enjoyment of the stay.- The location of the hotel, although a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, was peaceful and away from the noise of the city center.

The staff's lack of English proficiency made communication a bit challenging, especially when it came to explaining things or asking for assistance. The breakfast options were limited and repetitive, with the same choices available every morning.

The spa facilities were good and the room was clean. the location was quite convenient and close to the train station. the balcony in the room provided a nice view of the surroundings. Unfortunately, staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which made it challenging to get help. the breakfast buffet was just average and presented no western options. it was an underwhelming experience, especially during the Christmas period.
